I can’t resist raving. After exploring the assessment more, taking it myself, and having my colleague walk through it with a couple premarital couples to test it out, I just have to say… you guys did an incredible job, particularly with the presentation of it. Really amazing. Just such elegant design… simple, clean, easy to understand, fun and engaging, and yet every “simple” piece packed with such rich information. Plus, such beautiful transparency. It is a mentoring game changer in that the mentees see the same thing that the mentor does. Rather than the mentor having to be the bad guy that raises red flags, the piece of paper does it… and the mentor just gets to notice it WITH them and then walk alongside them as they explore that as couple. Brilliant. All told, I’ve never seen anything like it… and my background is in counseling, so I feel like I’ve taken just about every assessment under the sun. 🙂
